My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    That is a great question. The greenhouse is "leaky" enough that when the fan comes on, it creates negative pressure inside, which draws in supply air. Of course when someone is in the greenhouse, they can open the door or the operable window (not shown in photo)
