My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I'm not the landscaper on this project but it looks like blue fescue. You can do a Google image search of ornamental CA grasses/Fescue.

    I love ornamental grasses because they are inexpensive, hard to kill, make any size "statement" that you want, come in a variety of colors, and have great movement.
