I just grafted three mango scions of 'Glenn' onto my seedling mangoes. Got them from South Florida. Where does it end???

Where did you obtain avocado scions?

Do you do bud grafts, cleft grafts or veneer grafts on those avocados?

I’ve been thinking about getting an avocado - they can’t be much different than citrus, I suspect. Bob, it never stops! Lol

These are cleft grafted, probably the easiest, easier than citrus. Kelley for you, yes , you got to start with Avocados. I don’t know what the greening disease going to do in your state. There is a lot of good stuff with avo,s. Sionwood is easy to come bye.

Very nice. I can see lots of figs there while there is nothing on mine. I am about to stop trying for sure. If I can get some fresh ones at the whole foods store, I am.

Don’t go there, they don’t know what to buy. You can buy some of their produce just to use for seeds. My trees are big for containers and they out produce the ones in ground .

As far as moving, you don’t buy lots here, it’s call acres.

Bob, that is impressive! I tried growing mango and avocado with no success years ago. I wish you luck. Dave, Glen is my favorite mango variety...spectacular! I’m going to have figs coming out of my ears soon. I have a big tree in the front yard that is covered, and a few others in the back that also have some. I’m going to need to find me more fig recipes!
