I have one, builder put it in as part of an appliance package above the wall oven in my spec house. Only been here a couple of weeks, haven’t used it for anything but a microwave. It’s not hugely intuitive.

Thanks to you both! we looked at some the bosch too. Didnt see great reviews on bosch but havent seen any reviews on jenn air. I was looking at the advatantium too. Maybe Ill look back at bosch!

I used the speed cook function last night for the first time. It worked pretty well. I roasted one 5.5 lb. whole chicken in an hour. The skin was lovely, dry and crispy and there was very little splatter. The white meat came out a little watery, but just a little. It was actually a good trade off for a work night when I wouldn’t otherwise have spent the time to roast. The printed instructions said that a roasting bag was optional to assist cleanup. Oddly, when drilling down into the electronic menus, it presented a definitive recipe - 1 tb flour in a roasting bag. I ignored it and just rubbed the chicken with salt and pepper and put a cut lemon in the cavity. The interior isn’t pristine any more, but clean up wasn’t difficult at all except around the heating elements on the top. I’ll definitely try the speed and convection functions again.

One oddity about this apparently old-technology-but-still-sold machine is that the instructions are so rudimentary. The manual only makes reference to the short round convection rack that fits on the turntable and the ”crisper pan.” But it also comes with a very tall convection rack and a center slide in rack, neither of which is mentioned.
