Need help finding a fridge for our small kitchen!

We are finally replacing our 1950 copper plated fridge!! We have a complicated kitchen and need a fridge that can squeeze through a doorway of 26". So, we are looking for a counter depth fridge where we could remove the door and handles and get the fridge depth to 24". I've seen a few online, but am wondering if these CD fridges always come 35 to 36" wide. I guess when the shave off the depth, it's added to the height and width. I would be interested if anyone knows of a counter depth fridge that is 33-34" wide. We have enough room with width and height when the fridge gets to its intended spot, it's just getting through the kitchen to the spot that is tricky. Thanks for any advice!

Fwiw, Smeg makes an apartment size retro fridge , bottom freezer, that should fit through your door. Comes in a variety of very fun colors...

European style fridges are much smaller and Smeg is a good company . I had really cool ones from Fridgeadair Sweden in out last house and kick myself for not bringing them with me . They were fabulous but NAs need their giant fridges for some reason. I have them too because I have catering biz but look into the ones available from AJ Madison
