Jon..haha..the weeds are underneath the debris that I've been throwing in the paths!..this pic looks brighter than it feels in person..it's pretty shady and this isn't the weediest part of my yard..

Jon..I'm putting in logs to guide everyone (including me) away from the hostas..I'll use the paths more than anyone else ever will..heading out..hope the rain holds off..

I opened the back door and the rain started!..so I planted 3 pots of annuals in the garage..

As for rain we in BC have needed the rain. The skies threaten and then if we are lucky may get 10 drips per square foot. Fires all over the Provence but fortunately none in our area as of yet. Send it west

MA had the most rain on record last year and we have had a lot more this year. I took off my socks the other day and I am starting to get webs between my toes.

We in southern Ontario, have had the wettest, coldest spring I remember. The hosta love it, the tomatoes and begonias not so much.

I have let 1 garden naturalize a bit.

I love the natural area hosta gardens. We have a natural area we have been trying to get the invasives out of (multi year process) maybe after that we could put hostas back there.
