It is made by France & Son and is called their Modern Saru Pendant.

Thank you so very much. Recently bought a home in Ponte Vedra Florida and I am doing the decorating myself. For my library, I have been looking for a light that has a retro feel and looks like a mobile. I feel my library/reading space should inspire thought.
