which plants need to be pinched?

nj zone 6b 7a

first of all let me just thank everyone for being so patient with all of my questions. I don't know anyone in person who gardens so if Google cant help me I have no where else to turn but to u guys. you guys f***ing rock. thank u all so much!

if anyone has a good thread or link to any articles that discuss specifically which plants to pinch please share!

I guess its easier to ask this...
are there any plants that should absolutely NOT HAVE THE TIPS PINCHED BACK?

Otherwise, anyone with experience please chime in! For my purposes, I'm specifically interested in whether or not (or if it doesnt matter either way) to pinch tips on the following:

*bee balm
*hardy hibiscus (the regular aprox 6 ft varieties AND the Luna, dwarf 3 ft or so varieties)
*new guinea impatiens
*non stop begonias
*coreopsis
*clematis
*coneflower
*sunflower
*blanketflower
*butterfly bush
*milkweed
*Russian sage
*painters pallet
*astilbe
*lil Henry dwarf sweetspire
*tropical mini hibiscus (the tiny, foot tall tabletop cuties)
*cardinal climber vine
*marguerite sweet potato vine
*"phenomenal" lavendar
*bells of ireland
*shasta daisies
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST
*perennial dianthus

here are some pics of the garden I've been working on since I moved in. I like to think if it as ever changing and evolving art haha
