kitchen counters and backsplash countertops

7 years ago

I am replacing my countertops and removing the 4” backsplash. I am looking to do a tile backsplash, but don’t know how to handle the wall next to the sink. From the right of the sink the wall ends and is just cabinets, no wall. If I stop the tile at the edge of the upper cabinet, then the area next to the sink will have no backsplash. Would I just do I row of tile around the corner? Or should I continue the tile all the way around the corner? I know I could just do another 4” backsplash, but I get tired of cleaning the painted walls, especially behind the stove. I guess I’m a messy cook. (-;
