The cost variety is very wide, depending on material, quality, machine made or hand-made, etc... As far as the picture you refer to, I purchased the knobs for this kitchen at Restoration hardware. They are oil-rubbed bronze, and the knobs have a decorative pattern carved into the face of a stylized design representing "Spring".
