Hi, we had someone put in a quartz backsplash and they did the cutting outside in our backyard and got quartz dust everywhere! They didn't use a vacuum when cutting and walked in and out of our house with the dust all over their feet and had the door open the entire time. Luckily, we haven't moved into the house yet, but I'm freaking out about the the dust being completely gone before we move-in with my two young kids. Im so angry that the dust wasn't contained properly. Whats the best way to ensure all the dangerous silica dust is gone from out concrete backyard? They hosed it down a few times, but I still see white powder around and im so worried about my family's safety. We won't move-in likely for another week or so, but im scared my kids won't wear shoes outside and get dust on their hands and feet and ingest it! We had someone come and clean inside, but im not even sure if they got every spec of it....Help!! Am I being overly paranoid?
