Countertop shade help

Looking for suggestions on countertop color for espresso color cabinets, satin brass handles, light oak flooring, BM bleeker beige walls, BM white dove trim. We are all over the place! Dark, light, busy, solid color, granite, quartz, quartzite.

If anyone has pics of their kitchen, that would be so helpful!
