We removed an old cieling light . We have new pendent light hooked up and that’s where the problem comes in.

Everytime we put new light up the circuit blows. We got all connections together when the light is hanging down before we put up on cieling it works. When we move to hang up on the cieling and turn light on it blows. Everyone tells me it could be touching something but what?
