My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Your work is stunning!! What kind of system is integrated in the pergola? Is it water proof? How do you open an close it?

    Thank you for the kind sentiments! The louvered roofing system in this space is from StruXure. You can learn more about their product here: https://struxure.com/. They are not 100% water proof but they do have the capability of opening and closing to protect from precipitation. They are remote operated and also have gutter systems installed in the posts the keep water out of your space. We appreciate you taking the time to admire our work!
