New bathroom with no tub, size is 12.6 x 5.9. Our shower will be 60x 36 therefore we have 114” for the toilet and vanity/linen closet. How much room is require for a regular toilet and would you go with a single vanity with a linen closet or double vanities no linen. My husband would prefer a double vanity, I dont really mind as long as I have enough storage. Any help would be appreciated

You have room for a double vanity
- Most codes require at least 15 inches (measured from the center of the toilet) from any side wall or obstruction and not closer than 30 inches center to center to any other sanitary fixture. (The NKBA actually recommends 32 inches.) There should be at least 24 inches of clear space in front of a toilet or bidet.

Just went shopping for the tile, see photo. Back wall of shower will be New Gypsea Turquoise, side walls of shower are Cloud Ash 12 x 24 and shower floor and bathroom floor will be Style Blanco 12 x 24
