Bar stools and rug

Hi All - We just recently completed the bar in our basement. Now I'm looking for recommendations on bar stools and a rug for the sectional we purchased. The hardware and faucet at the bar are champagne gold, cabinets are a dark espresso, and there is a grayish/taupe veining in the countertop. Would you do the acrylic clear ghost bar stools, gold, silver, or gray? I'm only looking to spend around $100ish per stool. Any stool recommendations would be appreciated! Bar height is about 43.5 inches. Here are some pictures of the bar.

Also, this is the sectional we just purchased, any recommendations on a style/color area rug?

As for the rug I would look for something with some color for sure and big enough for the sectional to sit on it so quite big.You do realize when people are seated on the stools no one on the sofa will be able to see the TV. I would move the TV put some glass shelves there with booze and then choose a color from the rug for the stools , make sure the stools swivel for sure.

Thanks Patricia! Their is another side of the room that has a larger TV that the sectional will face.
We are not planning to have the sectional face the bar TV. The sectional will be in the same room but another section of the basement, so I thought it all should coordinate. I'm undecided on what to do with the free space near the bar - might be some type of game table, or possibly a pub table. Thanks for the help!

I do my favorite color for barstools and find a rug using some of that same color.

is that Napa drycork floor? what color paint did you use with it?

Yes, flooring is Napa drycork! We used Sherwin Williams Incredible White on the walls. It's more of a very light greige color.
