What type of tile? Straight bleach? What did it do, take the color out of the tile and the grout? You may be able to use a grout stain to darken the grout but the tile may be that way permanently.

Recent discovery... it’s marble tile ‍♀️

The marble is cloudy and the grout might be discolored. It was dark. It looks normal when wet.

Not straight bleach but a tile cleaner that contains bleach.

You shouldn't rip it out and re-do it because that means you have to re-do the whole shower which means re-doing the waterproofing. That would be somewhere in the neighborhood of 6-9K.

If you don't like that it will be permanently etched, ask a stone restoration company to come take and look and talk to you about what can be done. Your local fabricators will probably be able to give you some references.
