My calamondin tree came with a recipe for pie on the tag. If I can remember the name of the grower, I'd be able to find the recipe on their site, as I remember seeing it before. But googling pulls up quite a few recipes for pie, I just have no idea if they are any good, sorry.

The 177 Milk Street podcast did a little blurb on it this past month, and I believe they said use it in place of other citrus in Asian dishes like stir fries, like as a substitute for lime in a sauce. I think they also said it would be great as a marinade for grilled meat, as long as you don't let it sit so long it cooks the meat.

You can also make marmalade, which is lovely. In a pinch you can just squeeze one in your water. I love them!
