Snuggle Scent Booster (NOT DISSOLVING)

This has happened on a few loads...using warm or hot water.

The membrane on those scent pouches is not fully dissolving and is getting stuck on the clothes (no matter the wash temperature).

I throw them in the tub like instructed but still...stuck on GOO.

Any one else?

I've never used Snuggle pods but I had the same issue with detergent pods last year so this may help you. When I contacted the company, they asked me to check the expiry date on the package. I had bought them off Amazon from a reseller and they were slightly past the expiry date. I was also told to make sure the storage bag is resealed after each use so they don't go stale. Other tips they gave me are to squeeze the pods slightly before tossing them in the machine and to use the hottest water possible.

Always sealed after use.

Production date is probably coded in it. Perhaps call Snuggle/Sun (which is owned by Henkel) for them to decode it.

I did call and they're going to send it up to the department that does the manufacturing that's all I got and a coupon is coming for the crystal equivalent of the scent boosters.

I found an online translation for three syntaxes on Henkel product codes but none match what you provided ... otherwise production would be 40th day of November 2018, which doesn't calculate.

Yes this was happening to my laundry too it actually was ruining some of my clothes i had ti go to the crystals not the pacs
