The trees have thinning foliage at their base, and many yellow fronds (leaves) are falling from the trees. I think part of this may be due to their annual shedding, but want to know if a disease could be causing this extreme defoliation. They are planted in a row, and the one on the end is looking pretty thin. They are well established, planted about 15 years ago.
