I commented a couple days ago about white fuzzy stuff on some stems and the underside of leaves around my flower garden (ill repost pics). I narrowed it down to wooly aphids or plant hoppers. Right it was paint hoppers for sure...Well I just got a picture and video of one of the culprits. idk what stage of life this sucker is at but its uncommon for me to see them crawling around on the soil like this. I thought for sure it was plant hoppers but they're not doing much hopping! Just a baby?
