These are pretty common. My brother in law bought one when he was overseas serving in the Navy (1970s). I see that Amazon has them too.

My SIL got one when they were first married around 2000. They are common.

I would amend that comment to say not "original" but good quality.
The globe bar has been a thing in a den or a library for about 100 years and as with all things, there were differences in quality. There are very fine quality newer ones as well as older cheap ones.

I would also take a better picture of those glasses. Although too blurry to tell they appear to be older than 100 years. However with that large tag on it they may have been from that shops of odds and ends and have no connection to the globe.

Anno Gratia MCMLXXI seen on the bar means year of grace 1971. That might be the year of manufacture. It is lovely.

Think Voila is correct on the year. Looks to be nice quality, but not too old.
The glasses don't look like anything special, but they nay be just glasses that got put inthere.

What intrigued me with the glasses was that in the first picture they looked like they were, for want of another term, the pinched cocktail glasses from the twenties. Could not tell anything from the second picture of them but agree they were probably just stuck in there especially with the 1971.

They look like the old clipper ship barware. They are still cool!
