We decided to install a concealed cistern geberit under our bathroom window which impacted the height of the window. The technical drawing showed a height of 112cm.Our builder had the window at 120cm which I was happy with (same height as existing bathroom so looks esthetically nice from outside. Without notification he decided to increase the height to 140cm.

Since both my wife and I are somewhat vertically challenged this window seems I practically heigh (window sill is chin height of my wife). Also feels that is detracts from the”look” of the house as the windows no longer line up with our existing bathroom.

I asked the builder about the increase of height earlier today and he said it was fit the concealed cistern properly. Is there a minimum height above the technical drawing that you would need to brick up?

Are we stuck with windows that is 1.4m from the floor?
