Adenium with two grafted flowers or rootstock?

This is a free tree(Eiffel) from 2017 Orient Adenium order compensation that she made out better than I. The first flower I don't remember and was thinking that it was rootstock though looking at the lower part of the trunk it is hard to tell. This is also a tree I was going to give away until it bloomed. Today Eiffel opened more showing two different flowers. The single flower I do not see at Orient and one comes close, Cherry Kiss, but it is a double of triple.

The graft is on the right, in your photo. The other is from the original plant stock that was used to graft onto .... or is that not what you were asking?

Thanks bragu, no real question because it looks like it could be a graft and I thought I had a couple of Orient trees with a graft on the lower part of the rootstock. Now that I have gone back and looked at my order pics I didn't have multi level grafts and I have been good about cutting suckers off below the graft. I will try and root this one as it has a nice flower. I have another like this one that is getting ready to bloom and I'm sure after it blooms I will probably remove the branch as it looks like it will be typical red and white flower.

Hi this is June.I I have a major problem with my adeniums.every Time i spray them to stay healthy, they end up with spot all all over the bottom of the leaves and in a couple of days most of the leaves have brown spots getting larger and more !I am spraying neem oil home made with coconut oil i put a good squirt of dawn dish soap also.i put essentria ic3 @ 25% strength.every time the plants look good, the aphids show up .so i spray and there goes my nice dessert roses we have well water.any one? any ideas whats going on!please help!!

You mention well water, I don't think that should be a problem. I have tap water that is very hard, it kills fuchsias and orchids. Anywhere from 400 to over 1000 ppm minerals. Adeniums, at least mine, aren't bothered by it.

For the Spray I think I would try a commercial neem oil product to see if the problem persists, You may be making it a bit too strong. I don't have much problem with bugs. Spider mites in the winter when I bring the plants indoors. I have lots of spiders outdoors, maybe they minimize the other bug problems.

appreciate the tip and ill try it! ill keep you updated.my syspicion is the ic 3 its all organic but it has some strong oils as ingerediants.i never had a problem with any of my other plants and i have just about anything tropical there is . thank again i can buy some or make it weaker
