I have ordered a couple rugs in greys/blues but I can always use those in the bedrooms where the floors are a light gray.
The only furniture I have that will definitely be used for the living space is a caramel colored leather chair by Pottery Barn and a tv stand by Restoration Hardware.
For more context - we are living abroad for three years for my husband’s job and my furniture is in storage. The housing we were assigned is furnished but I can send anything back to the warehouse and replace with my own stuff.

OK I think the rug would look lovely with the brow leather chair. A square rug might be nice in that living room tho, help you shape the room out. Can yo post some more pictures?

Updated photos after our furniture arrived. Just looking for the right mirror for over fireplace and artwork. It still looks so white to me.
