Keep in mind Wayfair is a broker. Products come from all sorts of companies. It's like an Amazon for furniture. You should check the actual brand of what you want outside of their website and look for reviews. Their service seems okay, however.

The only thing I’ve ever ordered from Wayfair was a butter dish. Not a very good comparison. Sorry.

I ordered two upholstered side chairs from them for our lake house. The packing and delivery were very good. We had to assemble the legs, but that wasn’t difficult.

They were inexpensive, made in China. They look fine and are comfortable enough. The fabric shows dirt easily, although I have been able to clean them.

However, they get light use a few weeks a year. They would be fine as a side chair in a guest room. I would not recommend them for regular use in a family room.

Chairs that people are actually going to sit in and want to be comfortable fo any length of conversation need to be sat in before buying in my book. Even when you know the quality will be fine, the comfort is not one size fits all. I bought a coffee table and end table for my son online and they turned out surprisingly nice, but a chair is hard for me to imagine. Might be worth a risk if the return options are good enough, but for a chair or pair of chairs, anything is going to be a bit of an inconvenience to totally impractical.
