Finalizing this decision and thought I would expand the opinions to include the peanut gallery!

Replacing original 1953 steel windows in a brick rancher. Putting in Kolbe Vistaluxe, all of which will be direct set except the far left-hand window, which has to have a casement for egress as it's a bedroom. That window will have one casement and one direct set side by side.

We've narrowed it down to these decisions:

- 3 or 4 horizontal grids?

- Black or tan exterior?

House faces West if that makes any difference.
