You won't get help unless you share pictures of this plant, some of the affected leaves, the mold, the overall plant.

The picture of the insect is not a good one, but I'll take a stab at it.....maybe silverfish?

We could use more info, but I think there's enough to offer something helpful. Can we get a look at the whole plant, please? The pest looks like a springtail. Count the legs with a magnifying glass or loupe and see if it has 6. Compare to image.

If you're watering while you can still detect moisture in the pot with a finger, you're very likely seriously over-watering. I'm not sure what you're using as a medium? but it looks very water retentive, and that's a problem for FLFs. Let's have a look at the entire plant and see if we can figure out a plan you can follow going forward that will get your plant back on track.
