as long as it has energy.. it will keep sprouting ... sooner or later... you can starve it of energy..

until you find out.. there is a sucker growing in the neighbors yard ... and its huge.. lol ..

no leaves.. means no leaves to convert sunshine to energy.. to store ... so keep at it.. and sooner or later.. you should win ...

I want to finish them off before I go to the old folks home, so will be squirting the sprouts. Do we apply to just the cut stem or also to leaves?

not many trees die.. simply by cutting them down .. you have to kill the root mass ...

i dont quite understand why grinding works... as i would never pay for it ... but i suspect they get more of the basal tissue.. killing the roots ... maybe someone can explain it to me ... but i wouldnt bet money on retention.. lol ...

So...by squirt I mean drip-squirt precisely from the mustard bottle...to the cut "stem" and no spraying. I won't concern myself with the sprout leaves. Nothing wrong with your retention Ken....it's mine I'm worried about! No wonder I find myself looking at brochures of the old folks home. :) I appreciate your help.
