I really like the look of Native Reflection. How does it perform for you? How is the bud count?

Native Reflection is a consistent performer. The bud count is adequate so far (6-10), but not impressive. The plant is about 3 years old and has multiplied modestly. Needs another year for evaluation. Height is not 30 inches; more like 24.

My favorites are Dixie Long Legs and Dixie land Band. The white midribs against the rich red color is very striking. Tahiti Sweetie is one I have thought of adding, does it bloom as well as I have heard?

Nancy, Tahiti Sweetie is still a young plant here. Julia has grown it for some time, and I think it grows well for her.

A matter of endurance, indeed! And after all the rain I have had, it is tropical jungle worthy steam out there and then add Jurassic style mosquitoes and just walking to the car becomes an ordeal! (Oh, and try fighting mosquitoes in the car while driving!!)

Anyway!! Also Known As is so pretty! Indy Long Legs makes a nice clump. And I agree about Dixieland Band.. I had it years ago-in a bed at the edge of my extensive lawn-the rancher who rents our land for hay accidentally took out a whole row of lilies adjacent to the field. They were older lilies and I never replaced but some were special-like this one! Deep Waters is also striking. Stay cool!

Sometimes the oldies are the best. My favorites are Dixieland Band and Paris Silk. I also really like Also Known As and Cottage Gift. Harpers Bazaar looks like a great red!

Nice group. Tahiti Sweetie is so orange in your photo. Is that due to the heat or is it just a camera thing? Dixieland Band is one I would buy if it wasn't a EV as it looks different. Is this consistently a deep red with the white midribs? Height as registered at 20 inches?

Harper's Bazaar has been a standout, with very good bud count. There were some earlier blooms that were a bit splotchy.

Dixieland Band does not perform after a bad winter, though it is getting harder to define "bad winter," as many evergreens liked the past winter and spring here. Yes, the red holds its intensity. I have heard people farther north say that it has few buds for them. This year, it is about 27 inches. Not a typical year for many things.

I don't remember what the weather was like about 10 days ago when I took the Tahiti picture. I see a lot of variation on the web. It's a young plant here, so I haven't seen a lot of blooms.

Cottage Gift is a slow grower, but a very interesting color (from Brent Ross).

Beautiful group! I really like the ruffly light/white ones so Also Known As and Fringy and Snowflake Empress are my favorite! Dixieland Band, Barbara Mandrell and Deep Waters are my non white favorites ))

Beautiful! Indy Long Legs, Deep Waters and Paris Silk are what really catch my attention. Paris Silk looks like a very modern variety. Munson sure knew his stuff. I'm going to have to look for it.
