What I'm doing wrong with my Papaver paeoniflorum seedlings?

Hi gardners,Kind Regards. First time trying to grow Papaver paeoniflorum. These seedlings have 02 weeks old, are growing very slow and now the cotyledons are turning yellow. Is It normal so early? Conditions: I live in Brazil, kind zone 10 (2°C to 32°C), now in Winter (this week kind of 09°C to 20°C). Planted in paper bags with potted soil. They are plastic covered, against a North wall that not receives direct sun, only the indirect sun light. Do you have some advice?

I do understand that cotyledons are temporary, but Is that fast?

Remove the plastic and give them more light. They are normal-looking other than being weak and spindly. They're a type of Papaver somniferum which self sows all over my allotment and resents disturbance. So they are perfectly hardy but don't transplant well.
