A few blooming on Thursday and Friday

I neglected to post a couple yesterday so I'll include them with the few from today.

Spacecoast Alpha Wolf is new to the garden this season (and is still in a pot--got to find a place to plant it. Jamie says it is hardy to zone 5 so we hope he is right. It is actually our daughter's daylily (but we still use the pollen).

Lovin' Up a Storm is not the type I would typically buy. It was a gift plant from the region 2 summer conference a couple of years back. It is quite tall.

Mighty Chestnut is a vigorous plant, but the color is not to my tastes--sort of a burnt orange.

Remembered Kisses is a favorite here.

Sword Dancer is a robust plant with a tall scape and a big flower. I just wish the flower were more vibrantly colored.

That's all today. It's too hot to be out for very long.

Alpha Wolf is aptly named, what a set of choppers. Remembered Kisses is a beauty, great color. I’m not sure about Lovin Up a Storm, I think I want the petals a little wider, are you going to use its pollen?

I like orange and, because of your pictures over the past couple of years, Mighty Chestnut is on my list. Will need to see it in person in order to know whether I will like it's unusual shadings or not............I'm with you on Loving Up A Storm. It is not my type either.............Maryl

What a gorgeous flower that Spacecoast Alpha Wolf is, wow. I also love Remembered Kisses one of my favorite colors for eyed and edged DLs. Will you try to improve the coloration on Sword Dancer?

Spacecoast Alpha Wolf has a nice contrast. I agree on Mighty Chestnut but perhaps it will lighten up over time?

Spacecoast Alpha Wolf is a beauty, but Remembered Kisses is my favorite. Sword Dancer reminds me of Cretaceous Crunch.

Remembered Kisses is a favorite of mine too. Just bloomed last year for the first time - instant love affair. I like the form on Lovin' Up A Storm but the color is not what I like. I want pure colors.
