I have 3 mature mystery European pear trees, growing on the 8b/9a line in Louisiana where we typically get around 600 chill hours, though that number is highly variable. Based on fruit shape, size, taste, etc. I believe 2 of the trees may be the same variety and the 3rd is slightly different. Most years I have very light fruit set, which I suspect is caused by poor cross pollination, next year I would like to add an additional European pear, to hopefully act as a reliable pollen source. In recent years I have added several Asian Pears, which all bloom considerably after my European pears, so they are unlikely to help in this matter.

Ideally I would like something that is relatively early blooming with a long bloom period, appropriate for the region, and highly firelight resistant, fruit from the tree is secondary to these concerns.

Any suggestions, I have room to add 1 or possibly 2 more pear trees in that part of the yard?
