My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Does anyone know what this might be on Blue Cadet?

It's powdery and hasn't seemed to damage the plant yet. I did dig it out just in case. I think I'll wash it off and see if I can save the hosta. This is a new one on me.

    should have no impact on a live plant ... other than on your psyche ... lol ...
