Large tomato Bud forming

Can somone please identify this, if not the plant please tell me why my tomato bud has gotten this size? I have a feeling it could be overfeeding but i dont really think it should cause this to happen?

I beleive it is a Lebanese tomato Plant but i am unsure of this because it was given to me by my uncle and it was unmarked.

    It could be a fasciated bloom which often happens on the "first" blossoms. I can't quite tell at this stage. Some people (me included) pick them off because the tomatoes that develop are big and gnarly. Many people leave them on because they think they are fun :).

    It's nothing to do with over-feeding, and some varieties are more prone to this than others.
