I would start with a large piece of art (or maybe a two stack) on the wall between the two doors ( take a look at Lola Donaghue, who has a site and an etsy shop https://www.etsy.com/shop/LolaDonoghue?ref=shop_sugg a tall plant in the corner on TV wall and linen panels hung high on the window wall. I would also switch out those two pillows for a lumbar in a pattern. Next stage would be taller lamps with more visual presence.

Check Z Gallerie, they have tons of blue modern art work. As for bed, if you’re replying the headboard I’d go for a tufted velvet headboard in medium charcoal gray.

Oops sorry I thought you said you were looking for a new headboard. Ignore!

I love my wall art - have about 50 framed pieces in my home and have to switch some out seasonally.

I can't imagine someone else being able to select the art for me. Every piece was picked because it spoke to me. Just bought a new print this weekend at the Lititz Fine Art Show - $30.00 and it will bring me joy every time I look at it.

The same print may leave you feeling nothing at all.

Good news is that late summer is a time of year when there are a lot of art shows. I find nicer pieces at Juried Art shows.

The one I went to this weekend had 130 artists, each with their own style. One piece spoke to me and had to go home with me. I found another piece that I purchased as a Christmas gift for my niece - it was something I knew she would love.

My sister went with me and found a piece for in her daughters bedroom, but it wasn't something I would buy and she wouldn't have bought the pieces I bought.

Look up juried art shows near you and walk around. Many have a really good mix - something for everyone. Once you find something that screams "TAKE ME HOME WITH YOU" you will know it is right.

If you do take it home with you it will bring you joy every time you look at it.

I think your lamps are too short. Drapery hanging outside the recess of the bay can be nice.
