For ease of care, you probably want a quartz countertop with the standard polished finish rather than the more textured concrete/honed/rough. Were those bad reviews you read about Caesarstone the company, or their Raw Concrete product specifically?

Honed is giving some complaints where I work, polished and satin/velvet isn't.

No experience with CS Raw Concrete though..

Where did you find the reviews? Take in account that satisfied people are less tempted to write a review.

I just had a Caesarstone counter installed, and my experience was not good. They sent me the counter in the wrong finish---I ordered the Intense White 6011 in a Concrete finish and it arrived in the more polished "honed" finish. We are on a strict timeline with our renovation and this mistake had a cascade effect in terms of our schedule. Caesarstone customer service is basically non-existent. It was their mistake, not the fabricators, but they have an official policy of not talking to the end user, so all communication has to go through the fabricator. They wouldn't swap out the counter for the one we actually ordered without doing an official inspection, which was of course time-consuming and would have caused further delays. We ended up just installing the honed counter because we couldn't wait the two weeks (or more? who knows!) to have the problem fixed, and in sum, I paid thousands of dollars for a counter I don't really like.

@alia_hanna_habib Intense White is not manufactured in Concrete finish. You ordered through a fabricator? They order your slabs from Caesarstone. This makes no sense.

I have Cloudburst Concrete and only use Dawn Soap & water, windex, Soft Scrub Gel with Bleach (blue bottle) and Bar Keepers Friend. Looks absolutely stunning since day 1.
