Wish I could help you Nancy but not only do I not grow this cultivar . I hadn't heard of it until you posted . It looks to be a lovely bloom though . Maybe just err on the side of caution and plant it where it has some real protection .

Another person who cannot help, Nancy! I have at least three clumps of this daylily-yes, it multiplied that fast for me-but of course I am south of you so my winters are not nearly as cold, I would think. I post this every year as one of the first to bloom. And also has been a prolific rebloomer. Two things to remember: it is evergreen and it is a Maryott. I have had some Maryott lilies that thrive and survive while others dwindled and died. Saying that to second Debra’s statement unless others in your zone or above can offer more anecdotal information.

I will go ahead and move it, just to make sure. Right now it is thriving, I hate to mess with a healthy plant if I don't need to, but better safe than sorry. It has multiplied this summer, and one of the greenest plants I have right now. Yes, I do have those same problems with Maryott daylilies. Either the evergreens do really well, or they just barely hang on.

Forgot to add, Nancy, that it is currently in its third rebloom stage. Just came in from garden and noticed one clump has two full scapes yet to begin blooming in this cycle. One clump put up 7 rebloom scapes. So, when it works in your garden, it is prolific!! Here is first bloom.

I hope mine will do as well! No rebloom this year, but maybe next year.
