If it does, not very strong at all. I had one do it and ended up taking it off with spent inflo.

Wow, never seen this before. Is it a single leaf or more leaves coming? If it turns into a branch but not very strong, maybe you can eventually remove it and grow it as a cutting.

Wont be strong...use it as a conversation piece or a Bonsai

It happens every so often. I know I have at least one doing it right now. Some cultivars are more prone to do it than others. I don't like it and usually remove them. My experience has been the inflo stem acts as a restrictor and the branch never matures at the same rate as the rest of the plant. So in a few years it gets pruned off and you have a one tip cutting you can root if you cut off the old inflo part. IMO a waste of resources.
