The newest Courtyard by Marriott hotels do not use headboards. Instead they are using foam wedge bolsters behind their regular sleeping pillows. I can't find these bolsters for sale anywhere. Courtyard has been unable to direct me. Is anyone else familiar with this?

BB & B and a few other places sell a foam wedge, but it is 9" deep. I think that is bigger than what the hotel used. Also, even the places that sell the foam wedges, do not sell pillowcase type covers for them. They only sell upholstery type covers for people that want the bolsters for a daybed.
