used to order from bob keller every year ... i think it was white oak nursery ... one of my old hosta buddies.. that i dont think i ever met ... [some might suggest a type of drug dealer .. lol]

this was his take on gold standard ... a sport he found ....its not as aggressive as GS [not as big or fast to grow] ... but i am pretty sure ... it goes thru the same color changes ... that center getting whiter and whiter almost toward parchment this time of year ... that yours is white is close enough ...

i was not happy where mine was sited... in a large bed.. where everything seemed to struggle ... so my observations may be off ... not to mention.. the passing of time.. these days ...

Ken, it’s the same whiteish hosta in both pictures and it was a bit twisted still in June but the leaves have ”straightened” themselves as summer has progressed.
