Attic bathroom lighting dilemma

Hi, home remodeling pros here

I have a dilemma here when it comes to getting a mirror and lighting for the vanity.

The slanted ceiling and the fact vanity is next to wall is causing some issues:

  1. I need a mirror at least 28” height from backsplash to make it functional, so for a 6’ person, you can see the entire upper body. Agree?

  2. I was settled on an oval mirror measuring 32” by 24”, it will fit the space vertically, centering on the vanity. However, this is causing issue with the lighting.

So questions to the pros here are:

  1. What are my lighting options?
One light on one side of mirror looks really odd, right?

I won’t have space for one light on each side, or do I?

Recess light on slanted ceiling may not be feasible as it will be right above your head if standing there

Maybe one small light above mirror? But size will be tricky, cant be too small or it will not be functional.

Please HELP!

Thanks a lot!

How about back lighting a mirror?
