What color did they turn last year?

Last year figs didn't show up until first week of Sept-the plant went dormant late Nov so I never had any get ripe for me. They sat on the tree until January when the cold killed them.

My pot tree was lack of water due to hot sun and I was busy without time to water it, its figs turned yellow and soften then dropped.

Thanks! I think that was the problem. I am watering everyday now they seem to be plumping up .

Pic from today- fig on the left is getting close. I only lost 2 or 3 figs which isn't too bad. Lots more on the way. Any figs that show up in Sept will not have time to ripen.

That fig that was yellowing did it survive or did it drop ?
