Can you post a picture of the bush and then close ups of the leaves with these problems? Say one pic of the small holes, one pic of the dark spots, and one last pic of the frayed leaf edges. Thanks.

Multiple problems?

Where are you located? Has it always been in a container? What kind of potting soil and what sort of watering regime? It is pretty bedraggled and not great photos so can you confirm type? Looks like a very stressed mac........but it is hard to tell from what is shown.

Observations: you have or you once had a pest (worms/etc) that was munching on the leaves; the dark spots appear to be cercospora leaf spot, caused by overhead watering. I saw so few leaf spots that you may just want to stop overhead watering only (water only the soil, never the leaves) and see what that does next year. In my area, my shrubs get it without fail. But in some areas, it goes away. The disease cannot be cured but the symptoms may be small/large in some years.

Since the blooms and leaves can be assumed to have fungi, please throw them in the trash when the plant goes dormant.

Wilting or drooping of leaves indicates a need for water. It happens often during the summer. But usually, if the soil has enough water, the leaves perk up overnight on their own. If I find the plant still wilted in the morning, the soil did not have enough moisture so I water it. If the wilting episode seems unusually bad, give it water immediately.

You will get new foliage in Spring so I would not worry too much about the condition of the leaves, especially since come Fall, they will dry out and fall anyway.
