Pepper plants - virus?

I grow peppers every year but have never had them look like this. After transplanting they lost lower leaves and the newer ones are misshapen. Overall size seems stunted. Bell peppers, jalapenos and Tabasco, in two different beds, but all from the same nursery.

Almost makes me think they got something at the nursery but they looked fine when I bought em. Most of them were transplanted from 1" cells into 3-4" pots for a couple weeks so they could get some root space and I could bring them in for cold nights.

Haven't seen any bugs on them.

Suggestions? Beginning to look like I'll have virtually no pepper crop.
