Thinking of using Azur Monaco flooring. Did you end up installing this flooring?

Hi @HU-358214732 we did not do our floors yet but I might do the Azur anymore. I was looking at Azur Versaille but I think it has too much color variation for me.

We started our remodel 4 weeks ago and are now deciding on flooring. Considering Provenza New York Loft West End. Looking for a light oak with light character. Will get a box of it to see if it's the one.

@dox188 What was the estimated cost per sq ft for material and install? we are having 1600 sq ft installed of the azure bordeux.... it seems a bit expensive

We installed Azure flooring in our new build. The contractors scratched it up during construction. They are covering the scratches with stain. Now they are telling me it scratches easy and it's not their problem. Does your Azure scratch easily? I'm not sure what to do at this point.

We had the entire house renovated, and we considered the flooring to be the most important improvement. After lengthy research, we finally decided to use Azur Reserve St. Tropez engineered hardwood. I ordered 67 boxes in March from Lumberjack Direct and had them installed by my general contractor in May. The new floors looked great for about six months. In November, the planks started to buckle in several areas, and the issue is getting worse. The floorboards lift up at the edges. We wonder if these engineered hardwood planks have been treated properly. The other issue is that some of the surfaces of the planks started peeling off or chipping out. When I contacted the manufacturer, HF Design, and Lumberjack Direct, they basically blamed the installer and subfloor issues. My house is 20 years old, and the subfloor has been solid. It used to be a real wood floor before being replaced with engineered hardwood. The real wood floor never had issues like this. I replaced it because I liked the wider plank and new look. My general contractor suspects Azur Reserve was unable to handle changes in temperature. During the seasonal transition, the indoor temperature was changed from 68 degrees to 72 degrees. We were totally regretful about this purchase.
