My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    There are other "outdoor" areas of this home that are covered. I like to provide different spaces that you can use at different time. This courtyard would be a great place to sit on a nice morning. I would not go out here if it is raining . . .
