Good idea to get the party started. At the iris swap, I know that there was considerable interest expressed in a Fall swap.

Tomatoz, do you want to host it at the church? I think the covered patio is fantastic for a swap.

Will have to check when the church area is free.

Luncheon planned?

We had a delicious salad luncheon at the Iris Swap.

please let me know which date would be better so I can reserve the space.

I'm good either date but prefer the 14th.

Either date works for me, so whatever majority wants. The church was an ideal spot and that's very nice of them to let us be there again!

The 21st would be better for us.

I'll be in the wrong state on both of those dates so methinks this will be one of the swaps I won't be able to attend!

Tomatoz, if you start an "official" swap thread when the date is decided, or if you just want to add them to this thread--or not!--the "official swap FAQs can be copied/pasted from this past swap thread. If you decide to do that you might want to read them over first to see if there could be any "changes" specific to this swap!

Also, I usually print and bring the sign in sheet with me, and if you'd like to have the "standard format," and can open Word documents, let me know and I can email it to you for you to print a copy. Easy enough to do it you'd like to do it that way! (If you PM me, post here that you did it 'cause I don't often check that particular email account!)

I should be good with either. Usually in town on the weekends. I can’t wait to host some day. Crossing my fingers for next fall :) And I’m nearby if anyone wants to come before or after for some advice giving haha

Sept 21 works for me. Tomataz1's church patio setup is a great spot! Tables, chairs, indoor/outdoor, bathrooms. She has spoiled us for all future swaps with access to her church!
