Air circulation in a small space?

Do you do anything extra to help ventilate this smaller room with multiple people?

Hello Joyousjazz, The bunk space has a vaulted ceiling mimicking the game room. It also has a double casement operable windows to the exterior so if they need ventilation they can crack the window.
