I'm having trouble getting specific information about solar power installers. It seems that I'm on everyone's mailing list, because I keep getting advertisements for solar installation. When I contact them, either they don't have the information I need, or, as in one case after many emails and phone calls, they told me they don't service my area (Momentum Solar). Two biggies, Sunrun and Solar City, don't. I also was told that our local power utility (NYSEG) has a special program, but when I look them up on the web, they only seem to have community systems. Any thoughts?
